spm results so many A1s!

spm results came out earlier this month. top student scored 17A1s. what does that mean? I dunno. I don't think I took more than 10 myself. geezzz... anyway what's with the english in science and technology? sounds like a freebie. heh. anyway 17 is a hell lot of subjects. compared to that I must have been a sloth... a pig... just downright lazy. but high school was fun.. *sob sob*
