wow, it has been so long. Hmm...some kind of celebration week. Veteran's Day yesterday, also Deepavali, then Hari Raya on Sunday. And all the yummy food I'll be getting on Sunday!! Oh, wait... Deepavali party tomorrow! *starts drooling* Does anyone know how to put emotions on here? Probably some add-on huh. Anyway, so many things have happened since I last updated. Bush has been re-elected, lots of cussing and outrage here in good ol' Boston. What can I say, they should have known better. Lousy candidate, uninspired campaign. The sad thing is the truth is hard to come by. First snowfall today. Missed it coz I was indoors. Was nice to see the snowflakes floating by though. I'm really not that keen on winter. I've had enough. But snow is always magical...when it's falling that is. Rain is soothing, if you're inside by an open window. Not much fun getting soaked. Mangabonbons has closed its doors. I'm definitely going to miss it. With so many yaoi titles out there, it's hard to keep up with the good stuff. No success in finding an alternate review site. The NewYork marathon was fun to watch. Got good pics too. The thing about marathon viewers is there should be a central database where people can enter the numbers of the runners they captured on their photos. That way the runners can search through and contact them for pics. I mean, I definitely don't mind sending anyone their pic if I knew who they were. However, I have to say there were quite a couple of sore losers in the run - wearing 'Boston still sucks' or other similar quotes on their jerseys. Geez, get over it ya loser yankees!!! Oh yeah, the parade was cool too. Not that I'm that big a fan of the players but it was fun to go out and join in the fun. ok, it's getting cold in here. Happy Deepavali and Selamat Hari Raya to all.
