Just had a chocolate muffin. Wasn't too bad :x heh! Muffins always bring back memories... For all the wrong reasons I guess. Back home, mom used to bake cupcakes. Love those!! Think they're called angel cakes here or something. Like a basic pound cake but baked in paper cups. When I first came to the states for college, I saw the muffins in the cafeteria and said 'woohoo!! cupcakes!!'. Quickly grabbed one and chomped. Bleehhhhhhh!! Nuttin like the sweet cupcakes!! Horrible bland, dense, and repulsive!! Hahahahaha! And that was it! Have always looked at them warily. But this one ... this one was dark chocholatey brown with huge choc chips... I thought it was time to give muffins another chance. Can't say they tasted like cupcakes, but they were pretty good! But it's still no to muffins. This time, it was coz I was at a meeting. I don't think I'll ever willingly buy a muffin... Was there some song about a muffin man??
